1st Draft of the Album Cover (Overall Summary/Review).

The picture on the top is revealing the album cover. As you can see, there isn't really a lot of detail put into this picture but considering this was our first draft, I think we as a group have had a solid start and we are all know what we want to do for our album cover. I personally like the bottom right picture as it reveals our logo for the band, however in perspective I know and our group knows that our logo can become much better and become more successful and more advanced. The other pictures in the album is also really good but again it can be more effective. The way how this can be done is by adding more fills. Fills like a black and white picture may become more effective so it looks different towards the pictures.

The bottom picture is revealing a music advertisement for our band. As you can see, like the album cover its not really that effective. However, considering it is the first draft, our group are thinking about rescheduling some photo shooting sessions so that we can more of an effective picture to go with our poster. There are some good things in this poster. For example, there are links at the bottom of the poster so that people can go on to our websites. The use of costume for this poster seems to be fine and reasonable as its mostly dark which fits into the rock genre.

9th Filming Session.

On Tuesday the 14th of January 2014, our group had to do our 9th filming session. This was probably the shortest filming session we have done so far as we only done the walking shots. The reason we done this is because we wanted to re-film some of the walking shots as some of our previous walking shots was not as successful. We only done two recordings on the walking shots. Looking back at both of the clips, it looks good and a bit better than the previous. The reason for this is because they seem to be more steady when they were filmed and also we were all fully focused on what we all had to do as individuals.

During this filming session, there was at least one disadvantage we all had to tackle and that was the level of noise coming from the motor way that we had to film next to. The lead vocalist, Andrew Ducasse was finding this quite a challenge considering he had to get all of his lip-syncing in time with the actual piece of music. The challenge involved a lot of noise going past all of us as we were filming near by the motor way. As there were so many cars coming down the motor way, Andrew was finding it more challenging to hear the music and trying to get it all in time. Eventually, the challenge was successfully over and all of us can get back to our overall objective.

Unfortunately our group were unable to upload any pictures or any mini-clips from the filming session however some of the footage will be involved in the actual music video.

8th Filming Session.

On the 10th of January, our group had to go back to Andrew's house to re-film all the footage from the 2nd filming session. The reason we done this is because the footage precisely didn't look serious enough in which made the footage look out of focus.

Like last time, we filmed all of the other stuff except we were fully focused on the objective. This did require Andrew Ducasse and Sophie Andrews to use their facial expressions. This was one of the most important parts to the filming because last time we done of the shooting on the second filming session, the facial expressions weren't shown successfully and did not look effective enough.

As well as looking at performance, we were also focusing on the types of shots/angles we would use for the filming session. Like last time we used near enough the same types of shots and angles for this part of the filming. The types of shots/angles we used in this filming session were a high angle, low angle, an eye-level shot and also a side angle shot. I thought this would be really effective because it would reveal a number of different important parts. For example, the boxes and Andrew being thrown out of the house. The costume wads exactly the same when we done the second filming session last time.

Here are some mini-clips to reveal what we done in the 8th filming session. (Some of the mini-clips may need to be edited for the actual music video.

Roles for the Band (New and Updated Roles).

These are the updates roles for each of us.

Updated Roles Personal Opinion: Approximately a month ago, we all decided to change each of our roles. So my new roles is to now be a Drummer, Editor, Mise en Scene and Lighting. I am personally happy with the changes I had and still have to follow because this will give me a challenge to be in time with the whole song involving every drum beat. One other role I'm mostly happy with is the editing because again, it will give me a test of editing skills.
